Mr. Turner is a professional geologist with over 55 years of experience in Canadian and International mineral exploration, business and finance. Mr. Turner spent 20 years with Esso Minerals Canada and AGIP Mining Ltd. exploring for uranium, gold and base metals. As President of Trimin Resources Ltd. he was involved in the development and sale of the McIlvenna Bay copper/zinc deposit in Saskatchewan. Mr. Turner’s notable career achievements include guiding Winspear Diamonds Inc. from the discovery of the Snap Lake diamond deposit in northern Canada through to its sale to De Beers Mining for $305 million. In 2011, as President of Silver Quest Resources Ltd., Mr. Turner was involved in the acquisition by New Gold Inc. of the Capoose and Blackwater Projects for $180 million. Mr. Turner was the recipient of the Hugo Dummett award in 2007, for his contributions to diamond exploration.

Mr. Chan is a chartered professional accountant with over 20 years experience in corporate transactions, public markets and in-depth accounting and auditing, working in several different industries ranging from mineral exploration, development, private practice, sports entertainment, wholesale distribution and telecommunications.

Mr. Marud is a Professional Geologist with more than 35 years of precious metals exploration experience in the Americas. Mr. Marud is the CEO of Western Exploration Inc, a Nevada-based precious metals exploration company. Prior to Western, he served as the Senior VP of Exploration at Yamana Gold and Executive Vice President – Enterprise Strategy. He was with Yamana for 10 years, and held previous senior exploration roles with Homestake Mining Company, FMC Gold Company, and Meridian Gold Inc. He has been involved in the discovery and development of significant precious metals deposits including El Penon in Chile; Mercedes in Mexico; and Pilar and Corpo Sul (Chapada) in Brazil.  Marud is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan with an honors bachelor of science degree in geology. He is an active member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

Mr. McPhie is a founding partner of Falkirk with 30 years of senior leadership experience in the mining and energy sectors in BC, Canada, and internationally. He specializes in all aspects of major project development, including regulatory, engineering, government relations, and project finance. Through Falkirk, he also serves as Managing Director and Chief Projects Officer at Regeneration Enterprises, which focuses on extracting metals from mining waste and landscape restoration. Previously, Michael served as Chair of Ridley Terminals Inc., a federal Crown corporation, and has held board positions on several public companies. He was President and CEO of the Mining Association of British Columbia, a Senior Policy Director at Natural Resources Canada, and chairs boards at the Association for Mineral Exploration (AME) and BCIT. He is a registered Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) with the Institute of Professional Environmental Practice, USA. A co-author of the best-selling book Weaving Two Worlds, Michael is a recognized speaker and commentator on mining, sustainability, reconciliation, and public policy issues. His extensive experience and thought leadership make him a respected voice in advancing responsible resource development and fostering Indigenous-economic collaboration.

Mr. Salman is President & CEO of Salman Capital Inc. and has 45 years of experience financing exploration. He was the recipient of the 2016 Murray Pezim Award in recognition of his remarkable career in Canadian mining finance and was inducted into the Cambridge House Resource Hall of Fame in 2018. Mr. Salman is the Chair Emeritus of the Vancouver Public Library Foundation, Honorary Consul-General of the Republic of Singapore, and former director or chairman of numerous charities.  Mr. Salman also acted as former Chairman of the Investment Dealers of Canada, and was recently appointed to the Order of Canada for his contributions to mining exploration and for his generous philanthropy and community activism.  Mr. Salman also received the Public Service Star from the President of Singapore at the National Day Awards Investiture in November 2021.

Mr. Montpellier has been a lawyer in Vancouver, British Columbia, since 1981. In 1983 he began working exclusively in the capital markets as counsel to emerging issuers and listed public companies engaged in mineral exploration and development and mining. Mr. Montpellier assisted a wide range of businesses in corporate finance activities, from accessing seed capital for private companies through to IPOs and subsequent public and private financings. Mr. Montpellier worked extensively in the field of mergers and acquisitions, hostile and friendly takeover bids, proxy contests, corporate reorganizations and arrangements. Mr. Montpellier also gained experience in debt and project financing, acting for both lenders and borrowers, with an emphasis on the financing of mineral projects. Mr. Montpellier has been identified in a number of publications including the Lexpert American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada, The International Who’s Who of Mining Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in Canada as one of Canada’s leading mining lawyers. He also has a wide range of experience in the mineral exploration and development business. Since 2010 Mr. Montpellier is a senior officer of Exeter Resource Corporation assisting in the development of mineral projects in Chile.

Dr. McDonald is a Professional Geologist with over 60 years of mineral exploration and research experience, including 20 years providing technical advice to junior companies and 13 years as a professor at the University of Saskatchewan and the Australian National University. Dr. McDonald was Vice President, Exploration of Winspear Diamonds Inc., where he and his technical team were directly responsible for the discovery and development of the Snap Lake diamond deposit. Dr. McDonald was the first Director and co-founder of the Mineral Deposit Research Unit (MDRU) at the University of British Columbia. In 2000 Dr. McDonald received the H.H. “Spud” Huestis award for excellence in prospecting and mineral exploration from the BC and Yukon Chamber of Mines. In 2008 he received the Hugo Dummett Diamond Award for Excellence in Diamond Exploration and Development.

Brian Booth is an experienced mining executive with more than 40 years of experience in the of mineral exploration & development and capital markets, including a 23 year career with Inco Limited as Manager of Exploration – North America & Europe, Manager of Global Nickel Exploration and Managing Director at PT Ingold of Australasia. Mr. Booth was President, CEO and Director of Element 29 Resources Inc., leading the team advancing the Elida and Flor de Cobre copper porphyry projects in Peru. Mr. Booth was also President and CEO of Pembrook Mining Corp. (private company) who’s team advanced the Pecoy Cu-Mo-Au-Ag porphyry deposit from initial resource drilling to a PEA in Peru. Mr. Booth was also Chair of Claude Resources, a Canadian gold producer, during the acquisition of the company by Silver Standard Resources (now SSR Mining Inc.) for C$337 million. Mr. Booth was also pivotal as CEO and director of Lake Shore Gold Corp. leading the team that advanced and completed the PEA and initiated the underground development of the Timmins West-Thunder Creek gold deposits. He also completed the purchase of the Bell Creek mine and mill complex. All of Lake Shore Gold’s Timmins assets were acquired by Tahoe Resources in 2016 for C$751 million. Mr. Booth is credited with the discovery of the Douay West gold deposit in Quebec and conducted the preliminary assessment of the Voisey’s Bay Ni-Cu-Co discovery for Inco Limited.
